### Surge in Bitcoin Millionaires and Billionaires: Significant Increase in 2024
The number of Bitcoin millionaires has surged by 111% in 2024, reaching over 85,000 individuals, according to a new report by Henley & Partners. Additionally, the number of cryptocurrency millionaires has increased by 95% this year, totaling more than 172,000.
The report highlights that Bitcoin has become more attractive than gold for investors, contributing to a 89% growth in the cryptocurrency market value, which now stands at $2.3 trillion.
Furthermore, the number of individuals holding over $100 million in cryptocurrencies has risen by 79% this year, reaching 325 people. The number of cryptocurrency billionaires has also grown by 27%, totaling 28 individuals worldwide.
